1. Sales and Delivery
1. Sales and Delivery
1.1 Delivery – We have three shipping options; Royal mail 2nd class, Royal Mail 1st class and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Prices range from £3-£5 per package/Litre, which is dependent on what you order. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail unless another courier is stated. All orders must be made by 11.59pm each Monday, for production to start the following day and dispatched on Wednesday. As each order is made fresh, should you require a specific date, you must state in the notes section. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for the goods as shipping is run by Royal Mail. Should the goods arrive damaged or later than the specific 3 working days, please let us know with images and/or videos of the damaged product and send to info@Padnas.co.uk. You are then entitled to a partial refund(if still usable), full refund (if unusable) or a new order, free of charge.
We hold the right to use a different courier than Royal Mail and provide a tracking number. We hold the right to charge you more than the Track 48 price of £5, should you request a last minute delivery that does not fit within the usual time frame.
Padnas Ltd holds the right to not accept any last minute orders if the quality of the product is compromised. Once dispatched, Padnas Ltd have no influence on the delivery time taken by the courier of choice. Should the product arrive later than the expected delivery date, please let Padnas Ltd know immediately on info@Padnas.co.uk .
Should you wish to collect, please state the date in the notes section
1.2 Availability – If we have a limited availability product it may sell out in between you placing the order and dispatch. In that situation, you are entitled to be refunded in full for your order, or we may offer a more expensive substitute for the product at no additional cost to you. If a substitution is required, you will be contacted first and given opportunities to choose the replacement or get a refund.
1.3 Customer satisfaction – If you are dissatisfied with our performance in any way, please email info@Padnas.co.uk.
At Padnas, we aim to deal with all enquiries fairly, confidentially and quickly. We will always do our utmost to acknowledge your contact within 24 hours. We try to resolve most issues immediately, but where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved. We are continually improving our service, but if you have any particular ideas or suggestions about how we can improve, please send them to: info@Padnas.co.uk.
1.4. Legal entity – Padnas is responsible for arranging the shipping and all customer services queries and will be your first point of contact for any questions you might have about your order.
1.5 Limited Availability Items with Restricted Order Sizes – where we have exclusives or special releases, we may restrict the number of items that any individual can purchase in order to ensure that the product can be tried by as many people as possible. Where this is the case, the permitted order quantity will be displayed clearly on the item page at the time of buying.
We may not be able to restrict the volume of items which you can place into your basket and process through to checkout, however, we reserve the right to analyse the purchases after special releases, and if you exceed the stated allowance we will refund you the difference but only ship the permitted quantities of items.
2. Prices and payment
2.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and may be per bottle or per package, as marked. All delivery charges are additional.
2.2 We accept payment by all major credit cards and Paypal.
2.3 Description and price of the goods – we make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. The price of the goods will be as shown on the checkout page of our website when you placed your order, we will therefore charge you this amount. You will pay a delivery charge for the goods as indicated on our website at the checkout page. In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before shipping your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
2.4 Errors in processing payment – If the payment is processed, but there is an error which results in Padnas not receiving payment from the customer, Padnas reserves the right to reprocess the payment at a later date.
