HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We ship all our products every Monday and Wednesday via Royal Mail. We have three delivery options; Second Class, First Class and Tracked 48. Depending on what option you choose, your delivery can take anything between 1 to 5 working days. We will send you a dispatch email with Royal Mail's tracking number, if you have opted for Tracked 48, otherwise, we will not be able to track your order. 

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our drinks, we only ship within the UK. Depending on what delivery option you choose, delivery costs between £3 to £5 for post and packaging, no matter where you are within the UK.

WHAT IF I WANT TO COLLECT?

For collections, let us know what day and what time you would like to collect your drink. We are based in Catford and can deliver within a 2 mile radius, or we can meet you in a central location, such as London Bridge. So just contact us via email or our live chat, before placing your order.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

As we make all our orders every Tuesday, if you let us know before then that you no longer want your drink, then we can give you a full refund. If you let us know after we have made your drink, then you will receive a 50% refund. If you have any issues with your drink then please do let us know. We want all our customers to be satisfied with not only our product but our customer service too.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOR EVENTS?

Yes we do! We have a personal license and premises license, so we can legally sell alcohol. Whatever event you have in mind, just let us know and we can adapt our service to suit you. From hiring a dispenser, to bulk bottle orders and even Trophy decorated in martini glasses. Contact us to find out more about our services and prices.
